Gem Type
- Host gem species (corundum, spinel, beryl, chrysoberyl, etc.)
- Host gem variety (ruby, sapphire, emerald, alexandrite, etc.)
Country/Locality/Geology
- Host country of origin, specific localities in that country, or the geology (basalt, pegmatite, marble, etc.)
Search results list all known solid inclusions in that gem material. Each inclusion is fully documented with references of when it was first discovered. Where we have photographs of that inclusion, those also show up in the search.
